Registration is Mandatory To place orders and access our services, all customers must complete a one-time registration process. Our platform serves both wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) customers, with distinct registration requirements for each. For Wholesale Customers (Businesses) If you are a business, pharmacy, or any other commercial entity looking to make wholesale purchases, you will be required to provide valid business proofs for verification. Please contact us via email or phone with the following documents to begin your registration: GST Registration Certificate Drug License (for pharmaceutical purchases) Business PAN Card or equivalent business identification Once your documents are verified, we will create your account and provide you with login credentials. For Retail / End Customers For individual retail customers, the process is simpler. No business proof is required. You can sign up directly on our login page by providing: Your Full Name and Address. A valid Mobile Number for OTP verification and communication. A numeric password for your account. Login and Checkout After your account is successfully created and activated, you can log in using your registered username (or mobile number) and password. This will give you access to your personalized portal where you can place orders, view order history, track shipments, and manage your account details.
